The International Language School is proud to be able to offer the services of Ron Vincent, and experiened Interviewer and consultant with more than 20 years of experience of recruiting middle and senior-level staff in a number of industries including technology, business services, industrial products and manufacturing. He has successfully completed many complex recruitment projects for major companies throughout the UK, Europe and Australia including Hewlett-Packard, Motorola, Ericsson, Pacific Dunlop Group, Global Crossing and GEC. He offers the following services:

• Interview preparation for candidates who will be interviewed in English including sample questions, interview tips, role-plays and providing specialist advice about body-language, how to handle difficult questions,  salary negotiations, and useful tips on how to impress the interviewer
• English interviewing skills for managers including specialist vocabulary, ‘small talk’ advice and tips, ‘halo’ effect considerations, questioning techniques, competency-based interviewing, how to interpret CVs, reading body-language, handling difficult candidates, how to provide feedback and providing specialist advice about how to put candidates at ease and structure the interview
• CV preparation (needs to be promoted and costed as a separate service) including translation of German CVs into English, advice and tips about how to structure a CV, what to include and what to omit and useful tips about adapting CVs for specific job applications
